Meatloaf and Creamy Potatoes Recipe
Meatloaf Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1/2 lb (225g) ground pork (optional, for a juicier meatloaf)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
For the glaze:

1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Creamy Potatoes Ingredients:
2 lbs (900g) potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup fresh chives or parsley, chopped (optional)
