Jerk Lemon Pepper Salmon

Ingredients:
1 to 2 pieces of salmon (approximately 1 ½ lbs)
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon peanut oil or canola oil
1 lemon, sliced
Roasted vegetables (see recipe under “Vegetables”)
2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon thyme
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon allspice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
For Lemon Pepper Seasoning:
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon zest
