Puff pastry with cheese

Ingredients
It is necessary:
900 g of flour
300 ml of milk
200 ml of water
20 g of yeast
1 spoon of sugar
1 spoon of salt
100 ml of oil
250 g of margarine
And more:
500 g of small cheese (can be hard)
1 egg
a little sesame
Preparation
Mix water, milk and sugar and heat a little. Crumble the yeast and stir to dissolve. Add half of the flour, oil and salt to it, and mix to combine. Gradually add the rest of the flour and knead the dough. Leave it in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
