2/3 of the margarine on one half of the rectangle, then fold the free half over the margarine. Grate the remaining margarine on half of the resulting crust and fold it over again. Then stretch the crust into a rectangle.
Fold the pages in thirds, first lengthwise and then widthwise, as shown in the photo. Then cut the pages with a knife.
Roll out the crust to a thickness of 1-2 cm, then apply fine cheese (or grated hard cheese) on half of it. Fold the free half over and roll out the crust to about 1.5-2 cm thick.
Cut into squares and place them in a greased tray. Cover with a cloth and let them rest for about half an hour before baking, and immediately before baking, brush them with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake them in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 20minutes.
