2/3 of the margarine on one half of the rectangle, then fold the free half over the margarine. Grate the remaining margarine on half of the resulting crust and fold it over again. Then stretch the crust into a rectangle.

Roll out the crust to a thickness of 1-2 cm, then apply fine cheese (or grated hard cheese) on half of it. Fold the free half over and roll out the crust to about 1.5-2 cm thick.
