Ice Cream Donut Holes

Ingredients:

For the Donut Holes:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup buttermilk (or milk with 1/2 tsp vinegar)
1 large egg
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Ice Cream Filling:

1 pint of your favorite ice cream, softened (vanilla, chocolate, or any flavor you like)
For the Coating:

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Optional toppings: sprinkles, chocolate syrup, or melted chocolate
