Chicken calzone parmesan

Ingredients (makes 4 calzones)
For the pizza dough (or use store-bought pizza dough):
500g all-purpose flour
1 sachet dried yeast (7g)
300ml warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sugar
For the topping:
2 chicken whites, cooked and chopped into small pieces
150ml tomato sauce or marinara
150g grated mozzarella
50g grated parmesan
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten (for golden eggs)
To serve (optional):
Extra marinara sauce for dipping
Chopped fresh herbs (basil or parsley)
