This quick bread was so good! We loved the flavor profile and my hubby asked me for more the very next day!

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it is well distributed throughout the flour mixture.
4. In a separate bowl, beat together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
6. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
8. Feel free to top with more cheddar cheese, if desired. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
9. Serve the bread warm or at room temperature, cut into slices. Enjoy your homemade Cheddar Cheese Quick Bread as a standalone snack or as the perfect complement to your favorite dishes.
