Texas Cowboy Stew

Cook the Ground Beef:

In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Add the Sausage and Vegetables:

Add the sliced smoked sausage, diced onion, and minced garlic to the pot. Cook for about 5 minutes until the sausage is lightly browned and the onions are softened.

Add the diced potatoes, pinto beans, corn, diced tomatoes, Rotel tomatoes, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir everything together until well combined.
