Sunday Roast: Butterflied Chicken Recipe

1. Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Butterfly the chicken by cutting along the backbone and flattening it.
3. Step 3:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
4. Step 4:
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, melted butter, lemon juice, chicken spice, parsley, and minced garlic.

Marinate the chicken with the mixture, making sure it’s evenly coated.

Cover the chicken with foil and place it on a baking tray.

Grill in the oven for 45 minutes.

Remove the foil and let the chicken brown for another 10 minutes.
