Steak with Haunted Bourbon Garlic Cream Sauce

Prepare the Steaks:

Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
Cook the Steaks:

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest while you make the sauce.
