Reese’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them in the prepared mini muffin tin.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove from the oven and immediately press a mini Reese’s peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie bite.

Let the cookie bites cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
