Pizza stuffed with cotton yogurt dough

Mix the yogurt, milk, oil, sugar, yeast and vinegar with one cup of flour

Mix them together for 3 minutes and mix the remaining 5 cups of flour with baking powder and salt

Add them gradually over the yogurt and milk mixture and knead until it becomes a flexible dough

Leave it to ferment until its size doubles and it is a quick-fermenting dough that will rise in one hour

Sprinkle the tray with a little semolina to give it a crunch and absorb moisture from the dough

I take a portion of the dough and roll it out in the tray, then I make dough balls and stuff them with cheese or olive slices
I arrange them around the tray and brush them with olive oil and sprinkle a little on them Sesame
I prick the dough with a fork except for the edges. I put the sauce and it must be cold and on top of it, three quarters of the cheese.
I add the mushrooms, tomatoes, olives and peppers on top and then I put the rest of the mozzarella.

I leave it for ten minutes before putting it in the oven. I heat the oven during this time and when I put the tray in, I reduce the heat to medium.
