Nigerian Stew (beef) Ibns Meal

Blend scotch bonnet, bell peppers, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and onions to create a pepper mix. Adjust ingredients to taste.
Heat a pot, add blended mixture of pepper and tomatoes, and cook until water evaporates.
Cook beef with onions, stock cube, and salt. After cooking, grill or fry the beef.
In a pot, saute chopped onions in vegetable oil for three minutes. Use the same oil used for frying beef if applicable, then add the cooked pepper mixture.
Stir in meat stock, stock cubes, and salt, allowing it to cook.
Include grilled or fried beef into the stew, cooking for another 5 to 10 minutes. Leave the lid partially on to prevent splatter.
Once stew is cooked, remove from heat. Serve the tasty beef stew.
