Mille-Feuille (Napoleon Pastry) Recipe

Ingredients:
Puff Pastry:
1 package of puff pastry sheets (thawed if frozen)
1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Pastry Cream:
2 cups whole milk
1 vanilla bean (or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
5 large egg yolks
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Decoration:
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
