Macaroons ganache white chocolate cherries blueberries

Ingredients
For 30 – 40 macaroons

The Italian Meringue

2 x 55 g egg white
150 g of sugar
50 g of water
one drop of colour (optional)
The Tant for Tant

150g of sieve almond powder
150 g of sifted icing sugar
Blueberry Cherry Blossom

240 g of blueberries
60 g cerises
50 g of sugar
50 g of water
1 fillet of lemon juice
White chocolate ganache raspberries

200 g white chocolate
140 g blueberry cherry coulis
2 sheets of gelatin
