Loaded Taco-Stuffed Cheesy Pockets

Ingredients

**For the Dough:**
– 300g plain flour
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 120g unsalted butter, cold and cubed
– 120ml cold water

**For the Taco Filling:**
– 250g ground beef (or ground turkey)
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 packet taco seasoning mix
– 100ml water
– 1 small tomato, diced
– 1 small bell pepper, diced
– 100g grated cheddar cheese
– 100g grated mozzarella cheese

**For Assembly:**
– 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
– Sour cream (optional)
– Salsa (optional)
– Chopped lettuce (optional)
