Juicy Peruvian Roast Chicken with Aji Verde Sauce πŸ˜‹πŸ—

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken drumsticks with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken drumsticks on a baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the skin is crispy.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the green sauce. In a blender, combine cilantro, parsley, mayonnaise, sour cream, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
