I make stuffed peppers in bulk: I put them in the freezer and always have a quick dinner when needed.

To prepare stuffed peppers for the winter, you can take Bulgarian vegetables of any color and variety. You will work a little now, instead you will have a practically ready dinner.
How to freeze stuffed peppers for the winter.

You will need:

1 kg bell pepper;
220 g rice;
500 g minced meat;
80 g onion;
160 g carrots;
0.5 teaspoon salt;
0.2 tsp ground black pepper.

To prepare stuffed sweet peppers, take any amount of vegetables and increase the remaining ingredients proportionally. Wash the fruits thoroughly. Cut off the stems and pick out the seeds from the inside.

Do this very carefully so that the peppers remain intact. You can use any minced meat for the filling – beef, chicken, pork, turkey. Or make a mixture of two types of meat.

Wash and peel the onion and carrot. Dice the onion and grate the carrot on a fine grater. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil. Set aside to cool. Pour 2 cups of water over the rice and cook until half-cooked. Set aside to cool. During this time, the cereal will absorb all the water.
