Homemade Banana Jam

Recipe Ingredients:
8 ripe bananas (peeled)
1 cup of sugar
Instructions:
Start by adding the bananas to a bowl, mash them until you get a smooth puree, and then set aside. Next, in a saucepan, add the sugar and heat over medium heat until it melts and forms a caramel.

Then, add the banana puree to the saucepan, mix well, and let it cook for about 30 minutes.

The jam is ready when it starts to come off the bottom of the pan. Transfer the jam to a glass dish, let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
