Ground Beef Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Instructions:
Cook Ground Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drain excess fat and set the beef mixture aside.
Assemble Sandwiches:
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
On the unbuttered side of 4 slices, place a slice of cheese, followed by a portion of the ground beef mixture, and another slice of cheese. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side out.
Cook Sandwiches:
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Cook the sandwiches until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
