Garlic Butter Shrimp and Rice Stack

1. Cooking the Rice:

In a large saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
Stir in the rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder.
Lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes, until the rice is fluffy and all liquid has been absorbed.
2. Cooking the Shrimp:

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until melted.
Saute the minced garlic for about 1 minute until it becomes aromatic.

In a serving dish, layer the steamed rice followed by the cooked shrimp on top.
