Easy Taco Lasagna

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onions in olive oil until they become translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Return the browned beef to the skillet, mixing in taco seasoning, green chiles, and black beans. Add water and let the mixture simmer. If it becomes too thick, add 1-2 Tbsp more water.
Start assembling the lasagna by placing a layer of tortillas at the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spread a portion of salsa over the tortillas, then add half of the beef mixture. Dollop and spread half of the sour cream evenly, and sprinkle with cheese. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients, finishing with a final layer of tortillas, the remaining salsa, and a generous amount of cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Enjoy your delicious Taco Lasagna!
