Easy Carrot Cake with Chocolate, Simple and Quick!

Instructions:
First, in a blender, add the grated carrots, eggs, and oil, then blend. Add the sugar and blend again for 5 minutes.

Next, in a bowl or stand mixer, add the flour and blend until well mixed. Then, add the baking powder and gently stir with a spoon.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for approximately 40 minutes.

Topping:
In a saucepan, combine the butter, cocoa powder, sugar, and milk, then stir.

Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a creamy consistency. Pour the topping over the cake.

Finally, let the topping cool for about 40 to 50 minutes, then serve.
