Gradually add the milk and water, stirring until the mixture is well combined.
Mix in the salt and melted butter, beating until you achieve a smooth batter.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or spoon about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle, tilting the pan in a circular motion to ensure even coverage.
