5 eggs
150g sugar
160g flour

300g cottage cheese
1 egg
30g sugar
1 tablespoon starch
Instructions:

Crack 5 eggs into a mixing bowl.
Add 150g of sugar.
Beat the mixture until it becomes foamy.
2. Add Dry Ingredients:

Sift in 160g of flour.
Add 10g of baking powder.
Add 30g of cocoa powder.
Mix everything until well combined.
3. Prepare the Filling:

In a separate bowl, combine 300g of cottage cheese.
Add 1 egg.
Add 30g of sugar.
Add 1 tablespoon of starch.
