CRISPY CHILLI BEEF

In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, baking powder, egg, and water to form a batter.
Dip the beef slices into the batter and coat evenly.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Fry the beef in batches until crispy and golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, stir-fry the bell peppers and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
Add soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
Return the crispy beef to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
Serve hot and enjoy!
