Now bake it on the middle rack for 15 – 20 minutes at 200° C.
Every oven bakes differently, so watch from the 10th minute onwards and do the toothpick test.
Let the dough cool a little. Turn it out and cut it into small pieces. How is up to you. Whether diamonds or squares, everything looks great.
I cut small rectangles out of it.
Now prepare the coating.
Briefly simmer the ingredients for the coating, except the coconut flakes, in a saucepan until the butter has melted.
Once everything is prepared, you will need a cooling rack, a bowl of coconut flakes and the melted chocolate for the coating.
Now dip the slices in the liquid chocolate, then roll them in the coconut coating on all sides. A spoon is helpful for making sprinkling easier.
