Brioche peaches with pastry cream (easy and quick)

Ingredients:

For 12 peach brioche
For the brioche dough
– 90 g butter
– 10 g baker’s yeast
– 50 g milk
– 50 g liquid cream
– 325 g flour
– 65 g caster sugar
– 2 eggs + 1 yolk
– 1/2 level tsp salt
For the pastry cream
– 500 g milk
