Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil until evenly coated.
Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, skin-sides down.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the wedges.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
