Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Chicken:
Carefully slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket, ensuring not to cut all the way through.

Stuff the Chicken:
In a bowl, combine the blanched asparagus with minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Stuff each chicken breast with the asparagus and cheese mixture.

Season and Cook:
Rub the outside of each stuffed chicken breast with olive oil.

Season with salt, pepper, and dried herbs.

Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.

Pour the chicken broth around the chicken to keep it moist during baking.

Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear.

Serve:
Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes after baking.

Serve warm, optionally paired with sides like roasted potatoes or a light salad.
