Ingredients
For the chocolate cake:
230g flour (type 405)
30g cornstarch
70g cocoa
2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
150g sugar
150g brown sugar
120 ml sunflower oil
200g sour cream
3 eggs (M)
120 ml buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla extract
240 ml freshly brewed coffee
For the chocolate coffee frosting:
150 ml freshly brewed coffee
70g cocoa
460g butter, room temperature
130g icing sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
200g Ritter Sport cocoa mousse
100g Ritter Sport semi-sweet
