Ingredients:
For the Dough:
300 ml kefir
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter
450 g flour
10 g baking powder
For the Filling:
350 g hard cheese (Suluguni, Adyghe, or any hard cheese), grated
1 egg
Salt to taste
Optional: creamy cottage cheese for extra richness
