Chickpea Patties with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:
For the Patties:
Chickpeas: 1 cup, cooked (can use canned or dried chickpeas soaked overnight and boiled)
Egg Yolks: 3
Red Bell Pepper: 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Fresh Parsley: 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Olive Oil: For frying
Salt and Pepper: To taste
For the Yogurt Dip:
Greek Yogurt: 1 cup
Fresh Dill: 1 tablespoon, chopped
Garlic: 1 clove, minced
Lemon Juice: 2 teaspoons
Salt and Pepper: To taste
