Succulent Braised Lamb Shank with Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables

✅Ingredients:

2 lamb shanks
1 onion, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups beef or vegetable broth
1 cup red wine (optional)
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
