Chicken Cutlets with Curry and Coconut Milk

Ingredients:
πŸ— 2 chicken cutlets (about 400g)
πŸ§„ 1/2 clove of garlic
πŸ§… 1 small onion
πŸ₯₯ 100 ml coconut milk
🌿 1 teaspoon curry powder
πŸ§‚ Salt, to taste
🌱 Parsley, to garnish
Preparation:
Prepare the ingredients: peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Cut the chicken cutlets into strips or small cubes.
In a hot pan, sautΓ© the garlic and onion with a little water, until translucent.
