Ingredients:
π 2 chicken cutlets (about 400g)
π§ 1/2 clove of garlic
π§
1 small onion
π₯₯ 100 ml coconut milk
πΏ 1 teaspoon curry powder
π§ Salt, to taste
π± Parsley, to garnish
Preparation:
Prepare the ingredients: peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Cut the chicken cutlets into strips or small cubes.
In a hot pan, sautΓ© the garlic and onion with a little water, until translucent.
