🍷 Beef Bourguignon

Ingredients:

β€’ 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into cubes
β€’ 4 strips bacon, chopped
β€’ 1 onion, chopped
β€’ 2 carrots, sliced
β€’ 2 cloves garlic, minced
β€’ 1 cup red wine (substitute with beef broth)
β€’ 2 cups beef broth
β€’ 1 tbsp tomato paste
β€’ 1 tsp thyme
β€’ 1 bay leaf
β€’ 2 tbsp flour
β€’ 2 tbsp butter
β€’ Salt and pepper to taste
β€’ Fresh parsley for garnish
